Andrew's practice is focused on effective and efficient representation of creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matters, debtor’s rights, creditor’s rights, collections, judgment enforcement and commercial litigation. Since 1997, he has represented businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals in over 5,000 Bankruptcy Court cases, U.S. District Court cases, Superior Court cases and Justice Court cases in Arizona. He has worked for five small- and medium-sized law firms, but most of his career he has been the managing attorney of his own law firm, employing 1-6 people
